§ A leading North American financial institution with over $140 billion (US) in assets and over 2200 outlets nationwide, teamed with CWP Consulting to redefine the business process of the branch-based lending teams. The objective was to move from transaction based servicing to a focus on the advisory role of a financial services officer, emphasizing comprehensive customer relationship management. Strata Enterprise played a key role at this leading U.S. financial institution.

§ For a large U.S. Indirect Auto Originations Organization looking to significantly increase their market share, CWP Consulting installed an extremely flexible combination of the origination system (ACAPS Enterprise), Strata Enterprise and BureauLink Enterprise. The integrated components allow the institution to quickly analyze inbound applications and assign a rate, product, and risk based pricing. The system also seamlessly connects with DealerTrack and RouteOne to process inbound credit applications as well as electric contracts.

§ For an internationally known financial institution, we assisted in the implementation of ACAPS Enterprise including Strata Enterprise, to incorporate customer value calculations into the decisioning process. We helped craft sophisticated logic allowing the system to automatically take present and potential value of the customer to override scoring results and recommend a final credit decision. Implementation of this solution helped this institution capture additional customers with high potential value previously declined as well as increase market share and improve the overall risk profile of the consumer credit portfolio.
